Not on a seam, but on what is obviously a fault in the actual material. I have the misfortune of having very large legs and ankles and I have bought wide calf boots before but they have always just about fit and I could only wear leggings not jeans with them. Some boots are wide at the top but have small ankles thus making the boots look out of proportion, even more uncomfortable and just make your legs look fatter. These boots are different. They are wide all the way through the boot which makes a lot of difference to how they look and fit, welly boots aren't meant to be form fitting and tight. I like the adjustable buckles either side and I like the pattern and colour.
