The name of the old colour was something to do with Rudolph and was part of a Christmas collection of varnishes probably 15 years ago! I have been searching for a long time to find a replacement red that was not too sparkly (just a slight shimmer) and not too orange nor too dark as those colours can make pale skin look washed out, but I also didnt want too pinky red either. Whilst I unfortunately dont have any of the old colour to compare directly, this colour looks really nice on and is what I had been hoping to find. Really glad it was another OPI as their polishes seem to last much longer without chipping than most cheaper brands. Thank you** A: I would say its a bright red, with a hint of orange. Burnt orange to me is a deep dusky orange. I think Cajun Shrimp is quite bright. I do love it. Despite The similar name Tosylamide/formaldehyde resin is not the same chemical as formaldehyde. During the making of this resin, the Formaldehyde molecule is ripped apart: part of the formaldehyde turns into water and the other part gets incorporated into the giant inert resin molecule.
