Hands down the best. I see a number of people complaining about mixing. I've always used cold water and I pour half in slowly. Sometimes I will prepack it mixed with my protein as well. I pour half slowly, shake, and por the remaining and shake. No goo problems ever. My recovery and performance are so much better using vitargo instead of gatorade.

I use this as my only fuel for lung runs now. I've done 50 mile runs using just vitargo and not had any issues. I basically put two scoops in a 20oz bottle and drink to need with that bottle. I typically switch bottles every hour. This gets me 280 cals per hour if I drink the whole bottle. I haven't had any stomach issues and so on with the fuel on runs up to ten hours. This has replaced gels for me on long runs

This is my favorite thing to drink during training. I usually start drinking it 40 minutes into my workout with a gram of vitamin c and a scoop of Xtend (BCAAs). Solid product, only complaint is that the price went up a bit. Read the label for more information.

Best recovery on the market, great for pre workout as well to sustain long training sessions. This is my #1 choice for fuel and recovery for Jiu Jitsu and submission wrestling training.

Doesn't seem to mix well in my metal canteen, but it mixes perfectly in a plastic nalgene. Does everything as advertised, feel great using it

Good taste powder when devolved into water. Good amount of carbs per scoops. I only use half for now, but the energy is adequate.

Haven't noticed a difference yet in my body but I will keep at it.

I'm 65 - road biking is my passion. Vitargo keeps me from bonking on long rides and allows an edge on shorter hill climb workouts.
