I have tried lots of different cleanses/reset diets and so far this is one of my top favorites! I did not experience much hunger at all and I noticed high energy levels on the last day and day after! The only small negative effect I experienced was mild headaches (I think from the lack of caffeine) but otherwise I felt great!! I lost about 2-3 lbs both times too! I loved the soups and olives!! If I could change one thing, it would be the kale crackers😝.
