腹筋ローラーやる時の膝に敷いたり、開脚ストレッチする時に踵に敷いたりして使ってます。 軽くて厚くて適度な硬さがあり重宝してます。 尻の下に敷くのも良いかも。 猫飼ってる人は爪とぎされないように注意。
