I use this as a powder coffee creamer, it tastes great and mixes well using a frother mixer to whip up my coffee. I prefer this powder over MCT oil, it doesn’t upset my stomach and I like it has collagen too. I subscribe for monthly delivery to make sure I don’t run out bc sometimes I get busy and don’t reorder on time.
