## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the outer diameter of the plastic piece (not the hole behind it)?**
A: The piece that you see is slightly rubberized and it's about 1/16" shy of 3 3/4".  It inserts into the plastic piece that goes in the wall and the outer portion of it is about 3/16th smaller in diameter than the rubberized piece.  Of course, the hole is smaller than both of these.

**Q: What is the size of the hole saw drill attachment? (I'm seeing if it's the same size as something else I'm installing, saving me another purchase...)**
A: It's a 3" hole saw.

**Q: What instrument is used to pass the cables from one end to the next?**
A: I used a washer on the end of a string to drop down from the upper hole and pull the washer out of the bottom hole, then pull the cables down from the hole above.

**Q: How do I remove the cover from the grommet? It extremely tight and the grommet lip cracked a bit.**
A: I too found it challenging the first time, then I noticed the nubs holding the inside piece (the flexible cover) and concentrated on making sure I started pushing in at those locations and it slid out easily.

Bon produit, fait le boulot, scie cloche fournie. Attention si vous avez 2 plaques de plâtre superposées, car il faut alors allonger les visses pour les attaches du support sur la paroi.
