Good tea!
Lovely tea, lots of flavour. Time will tell if it helps with labour! We had an issue with our tea with the box being tampered with when it arrived but the customer support was fantastic. Really lovely, responsive and helpful. We did have to contact the supplier direct as Amazon were bloody useless and refused to refund or replace.Overall would definitely recommend for the lovely support we received.

Give it a try
Great tea! Flavour is not over powering. I use it to make a “cocktail” with cranberry and pineapple juice. Definitely reccomend giving it a try my midwife suggested it. Only thing that I don’t like is that the tea bags are to be used twice to get the full amount of uses in the box. I would prefer just 1 use bags

Labour inducing tea
Lovely tea with a nice flavour. Had one a day before my baby was due, not sure how effective it was but found it calming. Reused each tea bag as advised on the box.

4 stars because I would rather 1 cup per bag rather than 2 cups per bag
Can't say it did much, drank it for about a month or so before my due date and ended up having a c section anyway so unfortunately I can't tell you if it helped with labour or not. Taste isn't great but flavour is stronger than other brands but I just made it concentrated and mixed with peach ice tea with a 1 quarter raspberry leaf tea and 3 quarters peach tea ratio (incase anyone wants to try) which was nice as I didn't like drinking 2/3 full cups per day. Pricey for the amount of tea bags in the box, I would prefer 1 tea bag per cup as when you want to start drinking 3 bags per day it just gets hard work with pregnancy brain, had to end up using 3 tea bags and keep it in the fridge for 2 days then drink half the cup and it's too much agro when your brain isn't working like it used to. Also when you pull the string off it tears the bag open which isn't helpful.

Would choose a different brand in the future.
Can't speak of it's effects on my labour as I'm still prior to my due date. The tea tastes very nice but overall I'm slightly disappointed and I will buy another brand when this runs out.The main issue is that you actually only get 14 tea bags even though it's advertised as 28 cups. This is problematic when you're trying to drink 3 cups a day as recommended. It's not worth the price for 14 bags in my opinion. Also the raspberry leaf takes up only 40% and peppermint 60% which again feel like you're not getting what you've paid for.

Warming and relaxing drink taken hot or cold.
These raspberry leaf teabags arrived quickly.I’ve used these before with a previous pregnancy due to recommendation from my mum so gave them a try. When made they are a lovely warm relaxing tea with a subtle raspberry and leafy taste. I have had many benefits from this tea. Firstly they have helped with my constipation which I suffered with badly in my first pregnancy until I started drinking this from 34 weeks. Yes 34 weeks and no earlier due to the effects of the tea on the uterine muscles. So as soon as I could drink this again in this pregnancy I did. I’ve also noticed I don’t feel as sickly and stomach discomfort has settled. One of the main benefits I’m taking it for is for preparation for birth and a faster, easier delivery which I’m now weeks away from. Taking these during my 1st previous pregnancy helped me significantly. I believe it is what escalated my labour really fast. Within 45 minutes I went from being 3cm dilated to delivering my baby and with ease, the midwife was shocked. My uterus went back to size quicker than expected too. My mother had taken this tea when having me and she experienced exactly the same and had the same benefits so I strongly believe it’s down to this tea.

Great taste
Tastes amazing..only comes with 14 teabags, you reuse one each time. Hoping it speeds up delivery time and also prevents induction.

Gestational Diabetes - be warned!
I don’t often leave reviews… but wanted to share my experience with this tea! I was induced and from start to finish my baby was in my arms within 26 hours which is pretty quick for an induction at 38 weeks but the part I was keen to share was please be careful if you’re having this tea with gestational diabetes. I found this tea floored my blood sugar sending me into a hypo if I had it on its own. So I began having the tea alongside breakfast or dinner which I found I was able to tolerate!
