I wasn't sure what to expect, as this exerciser does look a bit odd, and I have never tried anything like it before. I ordered it for its claim to help with pelvic floor exercises, and I am pleased to say it actually seems to be working very well. I can definitely feel a difference after a couple of weeks use, and the whole area round my legs and thighs feels stronger, and as if I've had a targeted workout. The principle is simple - the exerciser provides resistance in the thigh and pelvic muscle groups, and helps to strengthen them. it is very easy to use, and includes a counter to measure the workout. In terms of value for money, it comes at a great price - a bargain. I am really happy I decided to give it a go, and am happy to recommend it. A nice product.
