I took about a teaspoon full 3-4 times a day and I started getting better after a day or two. Mastitis knocks me on my backside so I was prepared to have to get antibiotics and was honestly shocked that this worked. At one time I would have been skeptical about such claims but now this is a staple in our household for many uses, including wound care. I highly recommend it. The quality has been fantastic. The taste is strong but not unpleasant.
