Unfortunately I’ve lost all of the rubber tips . Anyone know where I can get replacements?** A: You can get a hold of Gonovate by sending them a message thru Amazon and they should be able to send you some more of the tips. I have had them send me some a couple times already since they are no where to be found to buy extras. Just send them a message and wait for them to reply back to you and they should be happy to help you out. **Q: Does the g11 have rubber ear tips like the g8? they both seem the same except for this. i have sensitive ears, need a soft tip. which should i buy?** A: G11 has rubber tips. The best ive bought yet ive had about 6 of these because i accodently left them in my pocket and wash them. And boy do they make time fly. **Q: it keeps disconnecting own its own. i hit the power it says on battery high, div connected...then nothing then i have to do it all over again?** A: Could be a manufacturer error...maybe u should send it back and exchange it. Or try to hook it up to another devise and see if it does the same thing with that too. U arent getting to far away from the devise r u? It's probably the most funny and annoying thing about this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great battery life but ergonomics aren't as good compared to other similar earbuds. *by S***D on 22 April 2017* This is a nice earbud. Whether it's poor design is debatable but this one is designed specifically for the right ear. While you can wear it in the left ear, the fit is not as comfortable. Audio quality is decent but you probably won't want to go above above 50-60% volume to get the best out of it as the quality diminishes when you go louder. The biggest downside I found with this earbud is the charging. With another similar earbud, it just snaps on to the magnetic charger and the pins always line up. However with this one, while the magnets do draw the earbud to the charger, for the pins to line up is far less consistent, often with you having to do so manually. When you do get the earbud charging, it does so quickly and the battery life is excellent.
