There are no added chemicals, dyes, or perfumes. This indigo powder is safe for use on all kinds of hair. Indigo can be applied in one step or two step process to get different tones such as Black, Brown, dark brown etc. It gives natural and attractive color to hair without any chemicals. Indigo dispels heat and have a soothing effect and revitalizes the hair. Directions: For Black tones, use 100% henna first and then second step of indigo at 100% (two step). For reddish brown, use a 75% henna and 25% indigo mix. For brown tones, use a 50% indigo and 50% henna mix. For dark brown tones, use a 75% indigo and 25% henna mix. As a Black dye (two step process): First, apply henna paste to your hair to create a rich red base.
