I swapped 3 of these onto an Actic Liquid Freezer III (already a quiet AIO cooler) and at 20% fan speed they are literally silent. Even maxed out they are quiet fans, but this combo will cool a 9600X running a stress test at barely 50% fan speed. The loudest part of my build is now the AIO pump, but due to the efficiency of these fans I was able to turn that down too so at idle the PC is now completely silent.
