The CZ 75 SP-01, with suppressor sights also fits well. No issues with the tall sights. Seems it was made for it. Also, no issues with the retention strap being tight. Had no problem with it in either carry modes; cocked and locked or hammer down. In cocked and locked mode, you will have to make sure that the strap fits between the hammer and the slide. The leather seems good quality. Not overly thick and not too thin. Good combination. I always prefer function over form, but this holster actually looks pretty good. As you can see, it has some cosmetic features that look very nice. If it functions well (and so far, it has) and looks good while doing it, I consider that a bonus. This holster does not have the extra belt slot that allows for the different carry angle. It is designed with a forward cant, though.
