We just put in the frig until hard and then cut with a big knife. Tastes great. **Q: Does this product contain cows milk?** A: Google - Lemoncello ingredients - contains whole milk powder **Q: Defective product** A: When I received them they were all melted together. Should have been shipped with some sort of ice product. I have eaten them before and they are awesome. Will probably wait til winter to order again. **Q: Where made?** A: The Sconza company is in Oakdale, CA, so I'm assuming that's where they're made.
