Sometimes I wrapped myself not too tight and had feeling that my daughter is too low. But you can control it yourself. Really does make it easy to carry any around comfortably, when you need your hands free. The booklet was helpful but some of the instructions weren't very clear. I had to watch the YouTube tutorials to understand them better. Fantastic product and easy to use otherwise.
