Once on, I could feel the coolness right away even though I was indoors. So far I have used the sleeves once. The outside temp was 85° with a 75% humidity factor. Despite that the sleeves made it feel like it was only 60°. Although a bit loose around the wrist I have no real complaints. Material is soft feels really nice my arms are pretty comfortable in these. Will update with a durability and how long they last in the future. For reference my bicep is 12 in when I'm not flexing. And when I'm fixing my bicep are 14 in.
