Uses stevia so no sugar is added leaving it at only 20 calories. - No Dyes! This one is a big one for me, it has none of the bs dyes they use in other sports drinks like Gatorade like red 40 - Vitamins and Minerals! Contains lots of super important vitamins like b6 and b12 which are super important for our bodies. Good list of minerals too with calcium, iron, potassium, zinc and magnesium, all at good amounts. - Good Bottle! The packaging this comes in is pretty basic but the bottle itself is really good with thick plastic and a good wide cap. Cons: - The coconut water used in this product is a concentrate which is not as good as just regular coconut water but honestly I would not have known if I did not check the label. - Some of the vitamins and minerals are not in the best form they could be. The Magnesium in the drink is magnesium oxide which is not very bioavailable for our bodies compared to something like magnesium citrate or glycinate. Conclusion: For the price I think that this drink is definitely worth it. There are some areas the drink could be improved but overall it is a great tasting affordable healthy drink. This is a massive rip off and this seller should be removed from Amazon. **Q: Does this have an after taste?** A: I discovered Body Armor when I was working one day, I was really dehydrated and this was truly amazing! The peach mango is my favorite, however the blueberry pom, cherry and coconut are also fabulous. And no it doesn't have that "DIET SUGAR FREE" taste. It's really refreshing, I order 3 cases every month on a subscription. It comes out to around $11.50 per case that way. **Q: How is superior hydration achieved?** A: It's a marketing ploy. It's really just coconut water. Which barely can hydrate you. However if you consume too much coconut water you'll be on the toilet all day. Which in turn will give you the opposite effect. It will cause you to become dehydrated. **Q: Is this 3 8-packs for a total of 24 bottles, or 24 8-packs?** A: The seller misrepresented this product when I bought it. They advertised it as 16oz bottles and sent me 12oz bottles. The seller just revised their online description but offered me no apology or proportional refund. BE WARY OF THIS SELLER! Bought two cases of 12-28 oz county bottles. Yes, BodyArmor Lyte, Strawberry Banana, but I was actually amazed with them. The taste was good, the whole bottle only contained 25 calories if I remember correctly and they were loaded with vitamins and minerals. I would love to catch the sale price again because I would certainly stock up on more. The only thing was, the bottles said to keep refrigerated and I cannot drink a whole bottle at once, meaning I carried it with me until it started to get warmed up a little bit and then put it back in the fridge to chill again.
