**Q: The description says no draining needed yet there is a drainint knob in the back. Does it need draining? If so, does it have one or 2 draining knobs?**
A: Usually, there is no need for drainage.The water vapor will be sent to the outdoors while cooling. In rare cases of extreme humidity, please unscrew draining knob in the back to drain.Yes,it has 2 draining knobs,one is for continuous drainage,one is for drainage when extremely wet.You could check this information in the user manual.Wish it could help you.

**Q: How cold can it get?**
A: Not sure but I thought I remembered seeing in the description somewhere that you should not have it lower than 64 deg.  You might want to read the full description and see if it says in there. I haven't had mine below like 81 and it stays at 79-80 in here. But, you might put your electric bill into consideration before going that low. You will have a high bill. Mine has been averaging $75 mo with the temp at 82 most of the time.

A: It's made in China,is also one of the largest portable air conditioner production base in the world currently . The quality is very good, wish it could help you.

**Q: Which refrigerant is used in units shipped to California? Do they use R32 or R410a?**
