**Q: Description says it does not come with release backing. Is that the paper with the grid lines?**
A: Yes and yes

**Q: Does this work on Oramask 813 stencil vinyl?**
A: Yes

**Q: Is the black matte vinyl permanent?**
A: I would guess so. I haven't tried theirs yet

**Q: Is this waterproof?  Can it be used as a clear tape to adhere pictures on wood but not damage the wood?**
A: I doubt it, especially since it has red grid lines going across. It would not look good.

I’m new to crafting and I watched many videos on crafting with a Cricut. I bought Dollar Store clear contact paper because some videos said it works perfectly and it’s cheaper. Well, for almost two years I struggled with and finally quit. I was so frustrated. A couple of months ago, I ordered Frisco Premium Clear Transfer Paper with all intentions of starting back. Well flash forward to last week. My granddaughter was staying with me and we were going with her other cousin for a girls trip. She found these cute water bottles at Walmart and she wanted me to make for the trip. I struggled again for most of the day to the point were we both were going to give in. Then I saw the box on the shelf. We opened it up, cut out a piece, and it worked like a charm. The paper stuck to the stencil and my stencil came off the vinyl effortlessly. It transferred and the backing peeled off effortlessly. This paper it awesome. I was able to finish the others without any issues. I even reused the tape at least once more. Never again will I use cheap transfer tape.
