Hardware stores and many grocery stores carry it (or buy it from Amazon). If you want a very low heat like to keep chocolate warm you can use the little tea light candles. Lots of options. I’ve had many different fondue pots over the years. This one is very nice and heavy duty. I bought it in white. **Q: Is it possible to cook meat and seafood in it?** A: Yes. It’s heavy cast iron. But it may be difficult to control the temperature of the oil.
