Having a gas home oven I elevated my pizza bakes to 70% immediately.Main issue I had was the not crunchy base of the pizza, simply because home ovens not generating those massive heat outputs you need, but there is a trick. Got you pizza on the tray and put it on the hob (medium to high heat) for about 2 - 3 minutes, then add toppings and into the oven. I was surprised with the outcome.
