I love everything about this except the padding, which is about an inch short of where I need it to be when I ride. I'm 5' 10" and 175 lbs with a 34" waist, a 32" inseam, and a 40" chest. I purchased the large size. To be clear, the padding isn't terrible, it's just an inch shorter than comfortable. When I was first using the bib it would occasionally shift too far forward.
