The pod itself is well made and can take some rough treatment, like falling from a great height onto a hard kitchen floor without bursting.....this was an accident and not a deliberate scientific test! Lovely odour in the kitchen when flowing into the cup and beautifully dark. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
