I bought the longer one first. They are basically the same. But this ones length is better for my (Carrie Bradshaw) Halloween costume. They are both almost too nice to use for Halloween. No weird smells. Nice and fluffy. I'm almost 5'3 and I generally wear a size 4. This 19 inch skirt hits right above my knee. The waist fits nice and snug but it will definitely stretch.
