They have a problem connecting Bluetooth together! Sometimes is just doesn't like one of the buds

I like that the buds fit easily in your ear. You can't touch your earlobes or they will fall out! 😊 The best surprise is that you can talk in a calm normal voice and be easily heard. I have a friend with a slight hearing disability whose able to hear me much easier with the buds. My only dissatisfaction so far is that when connected to a car or phone mounted in a car, the buds don't always reconnect if you leave and return. Also when you reconnect the buds often stay connected but don't transmit. I drive Uber which makes it frustrating because you can't hear or talk w/o shutting down and starting over.

My child is allowed to wear these at school so they were perfect! I highly recommend them

I have been using these ear buds for a couple weeks now and am in love. They work very well, have a long battery life and sound amazing. I use them while exercising or doing yard work.

I was super hopeful with these. The sound was great but they didn’t stay on my ears despite the ear wraps being geared towards women. I found myself adjusting them a lot while running any kind of sprint or distance.

I wanted to like them but keep disconnecting, fall off easy, a lot of noise, people can’t hardly hear me when I speak yo them. Didn’t do me much good for my daily cardio

Extremely disappointed! I was happy when they came in. But they stopped charging within a month and sound quality was average at best. And didn’t block any outside noise out. Ready disappointed!
