it was not great as expected....protein content and all are good but it doesn't give us a good feel while eating because of diverse eatables one will be smooth and another will be hard...while chewing I felt it bad...

This is the best cereal ever if you don't consume whey protien it will help you to complete your protien requirements for the day moreover it has got oat rings oats are great source of carbohydrate it also provides you with fibre. Overall a great cereal one of its kind.

I liked the product. But still, Im into heavy bodybuilding, so this product is just nutritious and does nothing for a muscle pump, like some whey or BCCA does. So for this price, this product doesnt do much for me. I would opt for a Patanjali or Kellogs and invest in workout supplements like Whey, Egg protein or the likes. This product is good but falls flat for its price and quantity.

if you are used to kellogs, you may not like the taste of this. It is full of all the 5 grains and tastes good. You can give it a try if you are looking for a change.

Great cereal and great tatse. So convenient to have as breaksfast before i head to work. 15g protein too, what i needed.
