My son likes it a lot. Seems to work fine, has been durable other than the chipping of the painted surface. I removed one star for that issue, though from all I've read and seen, it is inevitable.

1/2 the 1st and 2nd grade kids at my son's school have one of these. The beauty of this specific Kedama outshines them all, imo. Aesthetically it's an A+.As for durability, he's played with and carried it to school for months and the paint is solid and wears well.

Broke within 4 hours
We had this for 4 hours before it broke. My son was doing a normal trick with it and the string snapped. Don’t buy this kendama. My son is sad because now he is out $20. Poorly made. Low quality.

Beautiful colors!
Love the colors!!!! Bought this for my son in law who loves kendama. He's really good at it. It's a Christmas present so he hasn't seen it yet but, i know he will love it.

Horrible quality.
Horrible quality.......had one and it broke shortly after receiving. The company replaced and the ball fell off the string the same night. I would not recommend this product. It looks good, just not good quality.
