I will say it took me about 16 hours to get the bike finished. When you do the chain after you get the link on you can move the pedals forward and the chain link will engage. The derailer is on the bottom. I think the hardest part was the chain seat and brakes make sure after you get the brakes on to keep the little plastic piece that goes on the end of the handle bars cause you will need to screw those back in. I accidentally through mine away so I had to zip tie the brakes to the handle var to get the brakes to work. Hopefully that will help someone cause the instructions were not that good. I originally bought a three wheel bike for my stepson that has Down’s Syndrome and wanted to be a part of the family when it came to bike riding but couldn’t ride a two wheel bike. Now my wife has aged and balance is sometimes an issue and this was the answer for her to still be able to ride. Big time stores don’t cater to us minorities so I would recommend this bike with all I can because it has changed my wife’s outlook on the recreation she has enjoyed all of her life. Try this bike if it is at all needed for whatever reason and skip the big timers that don’t have room on their floor for us.
