I can hold so much! I think I will even use it as an overnight bag when I visit family, as it holds my mat and at least a days worth of clothes. Love the pockets on the inside, the 2 elastic ones are the perfect size for blocks. I can hold 2 mats, 2 blocks, and a strap with space still. BUY THIS BAG! I'm also a little on the small side and can wear it as a back pack with the long rope handles, but i may sew in a shoulder strap. Fabric quality is outstanding and I love the pattern so much.
