Review: Gentle stomach relief - This is a great, simple, safe product. I take 1 cap 30 mins before lunch and dinner, and it really helps with my gastroparesis. The ingredients are high quality, and its a very trusted brand. The pills are easy to swallow with no taste or smell. I would recommend starting with 1 cap twice a day and working up slowly if needed. The directions on the bottle are super helpful as well.

However, I think for the purposes of improving gut motility and even reducing inflammation, it is very helpful. This, in tandem with magnesium glycinate/citrate, has been incredibly helpful in improving my bowel movements and preventing constipation. I didn't find the after-taste to be at all disagreeable, you can taste the ginger but it is not something overwhelming. The good thing is that while the serving size is 3 capsules, it contains 180, so should last you nearly two months if you take the serving size once a day.

**Q: Is this better than motility activator by integrative therapeutics?**
A: I had been taking motility activator for a while now and it worked great but as one of the other answers points out it seems you have to switch every now and then because it stopped working as good but yes it does work.

**Q: Will this work for dirreha?**
A: What do you mean work with? If you have SIBO, it still would be a good prokinetic for your small intestine. However if you just have regular diarrhea, I would not use this. The ginger in it would aggravate the diarrhea you are already experiencing.

**Q: Motil Pro is a different color than previous bottles. Is this the same ingredients? Please advise!**
