You subtract all of the fiber, and half of the sugar alcohol. You only subtract all of the sugar alcohol if it is something that has no effect on the glucose levels. Such as : Allulose, and Erythritol. This isn’t bad for 10g of carbs, but it doesn’t specifically list the sweetener, and Malitol is listed as an ingredient, which is a sweetener that does effect your glucose readings. I’m disappointed that this originally advertised as 2 g of net carbs, the correction is 10 for the Dark Chocolate Raspberry.
