Debating between the 4 and 3 stars because it doesn't deliver what it promised but I love the use I found for it. 😴🛌 ---- I tried this product 2x so far. I did verify that it mixes well, doesn't have any weird noticeable taste and I can vouch for the stress relief effects however I can't say that I felt energized or that it helps with mental clarity: both times I felt so sleepy (at work!) that very little got done and had to catch up the next day. Now considering using this as a sleep aid instead.
