I bought 2 white pairs and wear 1 pair, and wear the 2nd pair the next day while 1st is air drying after I hand wash them (sink, baby shampoo and Oxy.) I have to cover up my tattoo sleeves for nursing school (stupid rule) and for that 1 purpose these work fine.But.... they're way too long (I roll them above my wrist with 4 inch overage) and they roll down at the top. Granted I have fat upper arms, still I thought the rubberized grippy would keep them in place. They do dry pretty quickly when I hang them outside and the stitching hasn't unraveled. I did a quick measuring of my arms and determined that a large would work.The large is snug on me, and I'm a relatively small dude. I'm about 5'9 and 150 lbs. I definitely do not have bulging biceps and I rarely buy a large anything, unless it's a unisex item like this. It's not super uncomfortable, but I probably could have used another half-inch in the circumference.
