Found a video online about how to remove the freezer door, trays and liner (wasn't bad at all, about 15 minutes worth of work with a #2 phillips screwdriver) and found my coil completely covered in ice and frost. After defrosting, replaced this part and buttoned it all back up and the fridge works perfectly. You'll need at least one ~8" zip tie to keep this part in place once you install it (get 2-3 as it's a tricky spot and you may need a couple tries).
