This Manuka Honey is everything it's supposed to be. The flavor is not as sweet as others, but that is what I like in manuka honey. It's one of the ways I can tell it's the real deal. It's not as smooth as others ( maybe less processing) which I feel is a good thing. Also it's very dark. Win, win, win at least for me!
