I purchased this item to add to the treadmill, squat ball, jump rope, and dumbells I have in my in-home gymnasium.  My problem area is my midsection.  So far, I have yet to notice any weight loss, due to just purchasing this item recently (will update), but I do feel the burn when I do the crunches (up to 300 a day now).  The handle bars are easy to grip, and the arm rests are comfortable. Tip: For an extra umph, you may want to add some 5 or 10 Ib barbells to the sides as I intend to do.

Arrived quickly and before expected date.  Ab Coaster was package well with no damage to machine. Easy to assemble. We started using the Ab Coaster right away and could feel the effects.My daughter who is a little more faithful / youthful at age 31 uses the coaster daily. We can see the progress. The Ab Coaster is compact enough that we keep it in the office, directly in front of the television, where we can jump on as we watch our favorite show.The over all quality of the Ab Coster is well above our expectations.

This unit assembles quickly and easily. I recommend looking on YouTube for a better illustration on how to use it.I'm not in great shape, but after getting it I found that even with max weights on it I was using it for longer and longer periods without any results or even a feeling of exercise in my core. It did seem to help my thighs and lower back, but that was not what I was hoping for.
