It's supposed to be a 1/2 hour job with two people, i think it took me 45-60 minutes by myself. I wasn't really keeping time though. **Q: Does anyone know if you can mount this upside down to gain height?** A: Yes. You get a 1/2" rise by flipping it vs a 2.5" drop not flipping it. Be warned:It's really tight. I used a Reese hitch ball wrench (pn 74342 for sale on Amazon), and some large channel lock pliers.
