12 Fresh New York City Bagels (Jalapeño Red Pepper)

They took a while to get here. Thought they might be "stale" but they weren't. Directions (yes, there are directions for "preparation"!) that indicate it's not a good idea to microwave. I wrapped them in was paper and did just that and they were great. My opinion is to forget heating up the oven......

I ordered pumpernickel bagels once before and was surprised at the freshness and taste. This shipment was hard, stale, no taste and was not at all happy with the product. Think twice before ordering from this company.

The vendor's suggestion of baking the bagels at 400 degrees for 4 minutes really increased the flavor and texture.They're rather expensive.

These were absolutely delicious. I will splurge again!Update: I made a second order. The shipment was delayed and I was worried that they might not survive the trip (they mold pretty quickly), but they arrived just fine. I froze them and will enjoy them over the next several months!

I got my order of bagels and half of them were moldy!!And you can’t return them!!So I guess I’m just out &40.00!’I will admit ~~ this is the second time I’ve ordered them and the first time they were really good and enjoyable!!So take this review however you want!!
