**Q: Has anyone else received one where the comb seems to be on backwards?**
A: The comb is sewed in the right way,you need change your wearing method

**Q: I have a short hair (A line), will this one work?**
A: I think so, I have long hair but even so, I had my vail pinned in. And it has a comb built in. Try an updo, might work.

**Q: It’s says ships within 2-3 weeks but when i add it to my cart it gives me delivery date of april 22-may 18 but my wedding is april 18,2020**
A: Mine shipped quick but I would have a back up if I were you.

**Q: Is the lining of the lace silver? It looks like it in the pic**
A: Not sure we had to cut this it is entirely to long unless u want cathederal but it looks just like the photos

**This review has been edited to update on my customer service experience.**This is the second veil I’ve tried. The first seemed cheaply made, but I thought I’d try Amazon again before resorting to much-higher bridal store prices.  This one was also not correct, and I originally gave it a much lower rating.But then, EllieHouse emailed me to let me know this is NOT their product.  They are unsure what happened, they think it's possible someone returned an incorrect product, which they didn't catch before reselling it.  They apologized profusely and offered to make it right.  I had already processed a return and found another veil, but I did appreciate their efforts and wanted to acknowledge that in my review.  Based on that, I am removing the photos, editing my review, and giving them a higher rating.  That seems fair.
