I love this product. If you are a huge caffeine freak, you probably won't get much out of this product. I have a pretty average sensitivity to caffeine. One cup of coffee or tea will perk me up to feel more alert. I take one of these every morning. It doesn't discolor my teeth like coffee, tea or pop. It feels about the same as one cup of coffee. I also feel like the guarana lifts my mood a bit more than just caffeine.

Always good, but I've been taking these for so long I don't know what the difference without them would be....
