I swore off the company until someone convinced me to try the mayo. Mix it with tuna or can chicken or use just enough to “wet” your turkey sandwich. It tastes fine! It is not mayo but let it fool you so you can enjoy your chicken salad sandwich or something besides mustard for a change while trying to lose weight.
