Review: It Makes My Sparkling Water SPARKLE! - This is my first experience with this kind of product, but I did try it in a couple of different uses. My Definite Favorite Is An Additive In Plain Sparkling Water (about 1 teaspoon): What A GR8 Way To Sparkle Up Your Sparkling Water!! My second use was in a Cheesecake. On a recent visit to SE Asia, I saw high-quality individual yuzus, imported from Japan, for sale at about USD 5. The yuzu is about the same size as a Florida lemon. I have never seen yuzus offered at Asian supermarkets in the US. Apparently there is some restriction in importing them from Asia. But they can be grown here, and I hope some entrepreneurs will jump in and take advantage of the opportunity. The Japanese consumers are among the most demanding in the world, thay have a definite preference for yuzus over lemons, and this preference might be generalized.

**Q: Does anybody know how long it will hold after opening it? I guess in the fridge? I would use this seldomly for one or two people. Thanks**
A: This yuzu is on the sour side.  I guess cuz of the bottle.   I poured into a container and keep in the freezer.  When needed i just break off a piece.

**Q: what is the expiration date?**
A: I searched the bottle and I'm unable to find an expiration date. I have been using the juice for over a month with no noticeable change in flavor. I keep the juice refrigerated after opening, of course.

**Q: is this in glass or plastic bottle?**
A: It's definitely plastic. Purchased a few times in 2021 and 2022, always in plastic.

**Q: Is this product pasteurized?**
A: The Yuzu juice is pasteurized.

### ⭐ No flavor, way watered down

The flavor is VERY weak compared to other I've had. This 350ml bottle was slightly cheaper than the 100ml bottle I ordered and I was skeptical, which was validated. It's not like this was watered down 4:1, it's closer to 10:1 or more watered down. It's so weak it's unusable as even a marinade or a cocktail mixer. Horrible at 1/4 the price, do not waste your money on this "100% juice" with no flavor.
