I'm glad I did because there is more than enough adjustability to suit my body, I am primarily going to be using this chair for gaming, I never find myself sitting for more than a few hours at a time, but I could see sitting in this chair for extended periods. one thing to note, while I am 6'6" I'm a lot of leg and the back height is maxed out, I could see those with longer torsos not finding this chair as comfortable and the top of the frame for the back would rub into your shoulders, but for me it works great. Side note my partner who is 5'2" cant reach the floor when it is lowered all the way, but again everyone's body is different. Don't buy this one. *by S***Y on April 15, 2023* Assembly requires a table to lay the chair upside down on and a better tool than they provide. You'll need more force than their little tool can give you. Also, trying to attach the headrest to the chair can be massively frustrating. I tried to line up the holes on the headrest horizontal bar with the holes on the chair. It's almost impossible to see if they're aligned. Then, the instructions say hammer gently, but that is impossible. I had to hammer so hard that the pin broke. I called them and the first person was rude and said she couldn't understand how the pin broke. She told me to email them, which I did. After no response for five days, I called back. Fortunately, I got someone other than the sassy person I talked to five days earlier. She sent out another horizontal bar and pins. I had to take the headrest off the original horizontal bar and attach it to the new one. There are no instructions on how to do that, even though I asked for them numerous times on the phone and on email. I then had to hammer as hard as possible to get the pins through the chair holes. Turns out the holes on the other end weren't aligned, but there is no way to see that either. It holds OK, but the instructions are extremely poor and misleading. The support is not good either. It's a comfortable chair, but probably best to check on support and returns before you order one.
