Cannot get to work. *by D***K on December 4, 2018* I have tried everything more than once including restarting my modem, deleting and reinstalling the app, placing the phone, plug and modem within a foot of each other and cannot get the app to discover with plug. I tried it with the light fast flashing with the two red dots on and fast flashing with the two red dots off. I've rechecked my wifi password. I even took a day off and tried all over again. I am not a computer genius, but, I have had no problems hooking up Magic Home with a light, Amazon Alexa products and Lifx bulbs. The price just seemed too good and I think maybe it is and this is a scam. Going to return unless i get a response to tell me how to get this to work. I really wanted this to work especially since the plugs work individually. VERY FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED!Checked Xfinity chat room and found others cannot connect these to Xfinity/Comcast either.
