Indented from drawn line 3/4". Cutout with hand scroll saw. Routed 3/4" rabbet to the inside of pattern line 3/8" deep. Perfect! Made a 2-legged adjustable height router table with fence using the routed maple ply. Made 18 shaker style kitchen cabinet doors. Routed with Freud bit. Used the Porter cable 390k sander to blend the joints.
