I use it after I wash my hair and it gives a great set, I also use it every day before I comb my hair and it also controls breakage and gives the right balance. My hair always feel as though I just stepped out of a salon, it has a light smell and it truly holds my hair together, I am very pleased and now I know I can not use anything esle.
