Putting the bra on is a workout itself, for t'igol bitties. *by D***A on Reviewed in the United States on September 17, 2016* First thing is first, the sizing on this bra is a game of trial and error. I ordered a 36DD, even though my usual bra size is 34G. My back measures 34 inches and my bust measure 41. After reading through some of the reviews, I was hoping that the extra band space would leave me some breathing room. Alright, now for some evaluation time.The Good: Bra came in, it seems well made. The material is nice and soft, but thick as well. The padding is greatly appreciated so that the nipples are well covered and don't pop out to say hi. The straps are decently thick, meaning that the weight of the twins is more evenly distributed so you're not left with horrid red marks or rubbed raw on the shoulders. The bra does a great job of keeping them in place as well. I've tried running, jumping, you name it, they do not move, which is an extremely nice change from other high impact bras I've tried. The band around the rib cage also does a great job of supporting by being very snug.The Bad: Very, very, snug. The rib cage band is so snug sometimes I'm afraid I won't be able to breath properly while running. The cups are difficult to size up if you have a bigger bust. I ordered up a size and still struggled to zip up the bra. It is so damn difficult. The zipper itself runs smoothly once it's on the track, but getting it there is a freaking workout. I had to end up asking my boyfriend to zip the bra up while I help the top part together. Once the bra is fully on, though, there is no unwanted unzipping (strong zipper for sure!) and no spillage from the cups, which is nice. Another thing, the should straps are attacked to the front of the bra through little hooks, these can turn at times if you tighten them too much, but as long as you give yourself enough room, it's not an issue.Final thoughts:You have to purchase this bra understanding that it is really a compromise. Come in understanding that it IS a high impact bra, meaning there is going to be some compression and that the band NEEDS to be snug in order to support these high impact activities. It's not like wearing a regular sports bra, it's not for lounging around, it's not for yoga. This is for running, HIIT, and the like. For this price, it'll honestly be difficult to find a bra that provides this amount of support during high impact activities, especially for big busted women.If you are able to find a bra that provides this amount of support and stillness without being so snug, please let me know. Now that I am older, in my 60's, I am looking for cool comfort but yet still something to hold me up. Which falls somewhere in between the category of a sports bra and a comfort bra. Expect what you pay for with this set. The straps are NOT adjustable, as someone noted. In fact I find that they are a little long (and will stretch out over time), even though the bra runs somewhat small. But my main dislike for this bra is that the material is heavy. Love the colors. I have almost given up on bras all together and just wear tight tank tops. But these are great. They DO NOT HURT or strangle you or dig into your shoulders. You're not going to win a sexy award but you will be comfortable AF. I wear one every day now, ignoring the rest of the bra drawer. They are nice to wear under a big comfy off the shoulder sweater. I work outside and sweat in them and wear a nice clean one to bed and yoga class. Really smooths the back bulge and the wide bottom helps with the rib cage fat lumps. :) I have been wearing them daily and washing them every other day and they are holding up nice in the wash. Very nice product.
