It is so light and tasty that even as a person who does not love honey, I find myself taking a little spoonful to my tongue as I'm passing the jar in the kitchen. It's great on toast, pancakes or waffles, apple slices with a bit of peanut or almond butter, in a cup of hot water with lemon wedges, in oatmeal or yogurt, or on a slice of lightly sweetened bundt cake that has been heated.
