The keys were working fine but touch pad was giving bad response. I filed for return, and the very next day, a person visited to collect back the product. After that i waited. Waited for 25 days for anything to happen but no status change on order. I filed a compalint with desertcart but no response or acknowledgement email from them. It's been more than 1.5 months now and the order is still reflecting as pending return.
